House of Hope is distributing food to over 600 families left desperate by Coronavirus pandemic
In all three countries where House of Hope ministers, the last few months have brought many changes and challenges with the Covid-19 pandemic. While many group activities are temporarily not possible at this time, this does not mean we have stopped ministering in physical and spiritual ways to House of Hope women and children. Staff members are distributing desperately needed food, hygiene items, and in some cases medicine, to help those in greatest need during this time. In August alone, we distributed food to 650 families. Along with meeting many physical needs, April and other leaders provide Bible messages and spiritual encouragement through teaching videos, Zoom and messaging apps.
Your support is vital
We want to thank you, our donors, for your wonderful gen- erosity. Here are two very important ways you can help House of Hope in these challenging times.
PRAY: Join us in prayer for the women and their families affected by COVID-19
GIVE: Your donation to House of Hope provides supplies to help women and their children in Nicaragua, Honduras and Bolivia.
Thank you for visiting the House of Hope online! House of Hope is a vocational rehabilitation program for women and their children leaving the world of prostitution and human trafficking. We also offer a micro grant program, host construction and medical mission teams and sell products made by survivors online. House of Hope started in Nicaragua and recently opened a second location in Honduras!
